Add a new Umbraco page

To add a new page to Umbraco first login to the Umbraco sitebuilder.

You will then see a page that looks like this.

To add a new page, right click your mouse over the 'create' option as below

A dialog will be shown

Make sure that the document type is 'Textpage' - shown in green - and then enter the name for your new page in the 'name' field

Select 'Create' and a new page will be created for you

• You can see your new page has been created in the sitetree - shown in red
• Add some content to your page in the section marked 'Body Text' - shown in green.
• Finally, you need to publish the page - shown in blue - so that it can be seen on the website. If you just save your page but don't publish, it will remain visible inside the sitebuilder but will not be visible on your website.

Your page is now live, see below for an image of how it should look
